2025 Vendor Information

Things to know

 Our vendor spaces are near the band shell and our food venues, so lots of foot traffic. We will be offering some 10X10 spaces for $50 and 10X20 spaces for $80 this year. This event is registered with the Idaho State Tax Commission (ITC). You must follow the instructions below to get your seller's permit. You will need your confirmation # to complete the reservation form. After filling out the reservation form you will be directed to a PayPal site where you can enter your card information. Once that is paid your reservation will be confirmed.


All vendors must set up on Friday, July 18th between 3pm and 8pm. A car or pickup can be used to bring product to your site on Saturday but must be clear of the vendor area by 7am.  Hours of operation on Saturday are 7am to 3pm. There is no electricity available, if you need it, you must bring a whisper quiet generator.


It is important to note these spaces are for the sale of new items not to include food. Also soliciting for donations to a cause is not permitted!!   Go here to reserve your space.   Important Information below KEEP READING.

Have ALL your event PARTICIPANTS do the following: 

  1. Go to tax.idaho.gov/GoToTAP     and under “Sellers and Promoters” click “Register as a Temporary Seller or      Promoter.”
  2. Choose “Seller WITH Event ID” > “Next”
  3. Choose “I am going to an event” > “Next”
  4. Enter the Event ID > “Next”
  5. Enter your Seller Information > “Next”
  6. Choose Purpose: “I am not making taxable sales,” “I      have a regular permit” or “I need a temporary permit.” > “Next”
  7. Review your entry > “Submit”
  8. Check your email account for further instructions or      attached Temporary Sellers Permit (if applicable).

YES, all participants need to register but NO, Regular Sales & Use Tax holders do NOT need a Temp Permit.


Make sure to remember to bring the attachment the ITC will send  with you to the show!
